The Monkees Last Train To Clarksville/Take A Giant Step 1966
Here are three versions of the Monkees first single. In the US it was released in black and white (I have that one) and in color with a blurb advertising the LP. I believe I have even seen one with an ad for the TV show. The third one is from Japan with the address to their USA fan club.
