In September of 1960 Chubby Checker had his biggest hit when the Twist was #1 on the Billboard Charts for him and Parkway Records. 15 months later Parkway re-released the record again and in January of 1962 it was on the top of the charts once more. This picture sleeve is from the 1962 release and has Twistin' USA on the flip side.
