Anyone interested in running the site?

It is with great saddness that I must announce that I have to give up this blog site due to time constraints. What I would like to do is to transfer the running of it over to someone else who can give it the time and attention that it deserves. The only thing I would ask is that you don't deleate the post already on the site as I am also using some of them on another site and I don't want to delate them there at this time and to keep it a G rated family friendly site.
